- 85-95 GBP/hour (Inside IR35)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP E2E Solution Architect with deep expertise in designing and delivering end-to-end solutions across Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Source-to-Pay (S2P), and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes within SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex SAP transformation programs, ensuring seamless integration across business processes, and aligning technology solutions with strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Architecture
- Define and own the end-to-end SAP solution architecture for OTC, P2P, S2P, and R2R processes.
- Ensure integration across SAP modules (SD, MM, FI/CO, Ariba, etc.) and with third-party systems.
- Develop high-level and detailed design documents, ensuring compliance with best practices and standards.
- Support Technical Design Authority with cross-functional impact.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with business leaders, process owners, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor for SAP capabilities and roadmap planning.

Implementation & Delivery
- Lead solution design workshops and blueprinting sessions.
- Oversee configuration, development, and testing activities to ensure alignment with the architecture.
- Provide guidance on data migration, cutover, and deployment strategies.
Governance & Quality Assurance
- Establish architectural governance and ensure adherence to design principles.
- Conduct solution reviews and risk assessments throughout the project lifecycle.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA innovations, Fiori, and integration technologies.
- Recommend enhancements and optimizations to improve process efficiency and user experience.
Requirements
SAP Expertise
- 20+ years of SAP experience, with at least 5 years as a Solution Architect.
- Deep functional knowledge of OTC, P2P, S2P, and R2R processes in S/4HANA including data model and architecture.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules: SD, MM, FI/CO, PP, QM, Ariba, and integration with non-SAP systems.
- Ability to lead solution design across complex multi-system environments.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality SAP solutions.
Technical Skills
- Experience with SAP Fiori, CDS Views, and integration technologies (SAP PI/PO, CPI).
- Knowledge of data migration tools and methodologies.

Leadership & Communication
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
Certifications
- SAP S/4HANA certification preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SAP Activate methodology.
- Exposure to Cloud solutions (SAP BTP, Ariba, Workday, Blue Yonder).
- Industry-specific experience (FMCG and Consumer Goods).
