Job Title: SAP EAM Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Consultant to support the design, configuration, implementation, and enhancement of SAP EAM solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to optimize asset maintenance processes and ensure effective utilization of SAP EAM capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements related to asset management and maintenance operations.
  • Configure and support SAP EAM processes, including:
    • Technical Object Management
    • Equipment and Functional Locations
    • Maintenance Planning
    • Preventive Maintenance
    • Corrective Maintenance
    • Work Order Management
    • Notifications Management
    • Refurbishment Processes
  • Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with business users.
  • Develop functional specifications and support technical developments.
  • Coordinate and support integration with other SAP modules such as:
    • SAP MM (Materials Management)
    • SAP PM/EAM
    • SAP FI/CO
    • SAP PS
    • SAP IS-U (desirable)
  • Support SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and go-live activities.
  • Provide user training, process documentation, and knowledge transfer.
  • Assist in troubleshooting production issues and delivering continuous improvements.
  • Support data migration, testing activities, and implementation of enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP EAM/SAP PM consulting.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance management business processes.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP EAM configuration and support.
  • Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation or support projects.
  • Ability to create functional specifications and work with ABAP development teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in incident analysis, root cause identification, and solution design.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA EAM.
  • Knowledge of Utilities industry processes.
  • Familiarity with Mobility solutions, SAP Asset Manager, or SAP SSAM.
  • Experience with GIS, Work Management, or Field Service integrations.
  • Understanding of SAP Fiori applications related to EAM.
