SAP Enterprise Solution Architect
Full time, Hybrid Role
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Enterprise Solution Architect to lead the design and governance of end-to-end SAP business solutions across our client engagements.
The role will ensure that solutions spanning SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and other SAP applications are strategically aligned, scalable, integrated, and capable of delivering measurable business outcomes.
The Architect acts as the bridge between client business stakeholders, programme leadership, and specialist SAP solution teams. They are responsible for ensuring solution coherence across functional domains, ensuring that individual workstream designs collectively support the client's target operating model and transformation objectives.
This is not a hands-on configuration role or technical role. Rather, it requires broad SAP ecosystem knowledge, strong architectural thinking, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to challenge and guide subject matter experts toward an integrated solution.

- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops with business and IT leadership
- Challenge requirements where appropriate to ensure strategic alignment
- Present solution options, trade-offs, risks, and recommendations to programme steering groups

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
