Responsible for design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions. Work closely with business users, warehouse operations, and IT teams. Ensure efficient warehousing, inventory accuracy, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business requirements and map them to SAP S/4 HANA EWM processes.
- Ensure integration with SAP S/4HANA or ECC modules (MM, SD, PP, QM).
- Support SAP BAU operations and implement, configure, and optimize SAP EWM on HANA for warehouse management processes.
- Analyze business requirements and design solutions for inbound, outbound, internal warehouse movements, and inventory processes.
- Integrate SAP EWM with other SAP modules (SD, MM, PP, QM, LE) and external systems such as automation tools (RF, conveyors, ASRS, AGVs).
- Configure key EWM master data including storage types, warehouse structure, work centers, resources, and packaging specifications.
- Support and configure putaway, picking strategies, slotting, replenishment, and wave management processes.
- Manage and configure RF processes, labor management, and warehouse order creation rules.
- Provide end-user training, SOP documentation, and functional knowledge transfer sessions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP EWM-related issues, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure system stability and performance.
- Support testing cycles including unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and cutover activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of warehouse processes and system integration.
