SAP EWM Cutover Manager

We’re looking for an experienced SAP EWM Cutover Manager to take ownership of the cutover strategy and go-live activities for a major SAP EWM implementation within a complex logistics and supply chain environment.
This is a high-profile role requiring someone who can bring structure, pace and strong leadership across technical, operational and business workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end SAP EWM cutover strategy, plan and execution.
- Develop detailed cutover runbooks, deployment plans and readiness checklists.
- Coordinate IT, SAP, warehouse operations and business stakeholders.
- Lead cutover workshops, rehearsals and go-live planning.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, resources and overall readiness.
- Coordinate training, user access and business readiness activities.
- Lead governance and progress reporting through to go-live and BAU transition.
- Provide leadership and decision support during the critical deployment window.

We're Looking For
- Proven SAP/ERP cutover and go-live experience.
- Strong experience creating and managing detailed cutover plans/runbooks.
- Excellent stakeholder management across technical and operational teams.
- Experience with business readiness, training and operational change.
- Strong governance, risk and dependency management skills.
- Background in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, manufacturing or distribution.
- SAP EWM experience highly desirable.

Advantages
- Aerospace or other complex operational environments would be advantageous.
The initial deployment will transition approximately 20 operational managers onto SAP EWM, with wider adoption across a user population of around 400 users.
