SAP EWM Junior Consultant
Hybrid role (Remote/on-site), UK
Take your warehouse experience into SAP consulting
You've built your experience inside the warehouse. You understand how warehouse operations really work and have developed practical knowledge of SAP EWM or SAP WM along the way.
Now you could turn that experience into a career in SAP consulting.
At Tenthpin, we're looking for experienced warehouse professionals who want to make that move. You might be an SAP Key User, Super User, warehouse systems specialist or the person others rely on when it comes to SAP.
You don't need to already be a consultant, but you do need to think like one. Naturally client-focused, curious and a strong communicator, you should be equally comfortable engaging with people on the shop floor throughout the business. That means asking the right questions, challenging yourself and others, understanding the real problem and always looking for the most effective solution.

The Opportunity
Working alongside experienced Tenthpin consultants, you will contribute to major international SAP transformation programmes for some of the world's leading Life Sciences companies.

The role offers the opportunity to:
- Learn directly from leading SAP EWM specialists through real project experience.
- Build expertise in SAP EWM functionality and configuration within S/4HANA.
- Bring real-world warehouse experience into the design of better processes and solutions.
- Analyse business requirements and learn to translate operational challenges into effective SAP solutions.
- Gain exposure to testing, implementation, deployment and issue resolution.
- Work with international clients and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Develop the client-facing and consulting skills required to build a long-term career in SAP EWM.
Your Experience
You will have:
- Demonstrable experience in warehouse operations and logistics.
- Practical experience using SAP EWM, and/or SAP WM or SRM (Stock Room Management) within a live warehouse.
- Experience as an SAP Key User, Super User or experienced operational SAP user would be particularly relevant.
- Experience supporting users, troubleshooting system/process issues or improving warehouse processes.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with stakeholders at all levels.
- A curious, collaborative and solution-focused mindset.
- The ambition and aptitude to develop a career in SAP EWM consulting.

Great to have
- Experience within Life Sciences, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food manufacturing or other process manufacturing environments would be advantageous.
- Exposure to S/4HANA, EWM/WM configuration, functional support, SAP implementations, testing, UAT, training or requirements gathering would all be valuable, but we're not expecting you to arrive as an SAP EWM expert.
