We are looking for an experienced SAP FI/CO Consultant to join a growing SAP team delivering SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes and supporting existing SAP landscapes. This role will involve working closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, and optimise Finance and Controlling processes while supporting project implementations, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The successful candidate will have strong functional expertise across SAP Finance and Controlling, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience delivering end-to-end SAP projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Design and configure SAP FI and CO solutions in line with business needs.
- Deliver SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
- Lead workshops with finance and business stakeholders.
- Configure and support key Finance and Controlling processes.
- Perform functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Support data migration and cutover activities during project delivery.
- Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimisation.
- Ensure solutions follow SAP best practices and governance standards.

Required Experience
- 4+ years of SAP FI/CO consulting experience.
- Strong configuration experience across SAP Finance and Controlling.
- Experience delivering at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation.
- Excellent understanding of finance business processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience producing functional specifications.
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional project teams.
