Job Description: SAP FI/CO Functional Consultant – ECC Production Support & Assessment
Support SAP ECC Finance operations through hands-on production support while conducting an onsite assessment to identify root causes of manual work, rework, and throughput constraints. Produce findings-based recommendations aligned to SAP standard best practices and contribute to a plan of action.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide SAP ECC Finance production support (FI with CO capability as applicable):
- issue triage, investigation, root cause analysis, resolution coordination
- Partner with business users and super users to understand day-to-day execution challenges.
- Identify drivers of manual processing and rework (workarounds, spreadsheet dependencies, approval delays).
- Review reporting and interface-related complexity impacting Finance operations.
- Participate in Epsilon findings review and use insights to focus assessment priorities.
- Document findings clearly and contribute to Phase 1 deliverables (report-out + plan of action).

Required Skills

- 7+ years SAP ECC FI experience (CO capability preferred)
- Strong experience in production support / stabilization / continuous improvement
- Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills
- Able to work onsite and drive outcomes with minimal oversight
Nice to Have
- Aerospace / manufacturing / MRO environment exposure
- Experience with ticket trend analysis and customization-driven issue identification
