SAP FICO Systems Manager
£80,000 - £100,000+ per annum (salary dependent on experience)
London (hybrid)
SystemsAccountants are working with a client looking to recruit a senior SAP Finance Systems owner into their SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud team. The successful candidate will be a genuine FICO generalist, able to deliver continuous improvement and support to a live multi-country and multi-entity Public Cloud finance solution.
Role Responsibilities
- Owning the design of the global finance template across all countries and legal entities across the business.
- Maintain the core finance configuration for all end-to-end finance processes.
- Manage the Public Cloud release cycle across the quarterly releases and coordinating regression testing.
- Own and develop the integrations between SAP and third party systems.
- Own the live support services and troubleshoot issues within the system.
- Manage the relationships with SAP and the SI.
- Own roadmap of SAP S/4HANA improvements and deliver these initiatives, particularly around reporting, automation, analytics and AI.

Role Requirements

- Broad SAP FICO experience across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting etc.
- Hands on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud experience.
- Previous experience as the owner or manager of a SAP environment with an end-user.
- Multi-country, multi-entity, multi-currency experience with exposure to local statutory/tax requirements.
- A strong grasp of finance processes and accounting.
- Experience across the following would be beneficial: SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP BTP, SAP Treasury and Risk Management.
- Exposure to SAP Group Reporting / S4 Group Reporting preferred.
- Must be able to commute to London offices 2x a week.
