We're partnering with a leading global engineering and manufacturing organisation to recruit an experienced SAP FICO Solution Architect to join their in-house SAP team.

You'll take ownership of the Finance architecture roadmap, working closely with senior business and IT stakeholders to shape scalable SAP Finance and Controlling solutions across a complex international landscape. If you're looking for a genuine architecture position with minimal BAU support and the opportunity to influence global standards, this is a fantastic role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the global SAP Finance & Controlling architecture, defining solution standards and governance across multiple business units.
  • Lead the design of SAP FI/CO solutions covering General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Product Costing, Management Accounting and CO-PA.
  • Support ongoing global SAP ECC rollouts while helping shape the future SAP S/4HANA Finance roadmap.
  • Drive solution architecture throughout the full project lifecycle, from discovery and blueprint through to deployment and hypercare.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and IT teams to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
  • Design and oversee integrations between SAP FICO and other SAP modules including MM, SD, PP, PM and external financial systems.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
