You will work across business, IT, delivery teams, and third-party partners to define solution options, recommend the preferred architecture, and support successful implementation and transition into live operations.

  • Own end-to-end solution architecture for SAP-led transformation initiatives, covering business processes, applications, integration, data, security, reporting, and non-functional requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into practical, scalable, and supportable solution designs aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Provide architectural leadership across programs, projects, and change initiatives involving SAP products and related technologies.
  • Advise stakeholders on trade-offs across scope, cost, risk, timelines, and technical complexity.
  • Promote SAP best practice, standard functionality, standardization, reuse, and clean-core principles.
  • Govern solution quality through architecture reviews, design approvals, requirements traceability, and management of risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
  • Support delivery teams in resolving complex design decisions and maintaining alignment with the target architecture.
  • Contribute to pre-sales and business development, including solution shaping, client presentations, bid responses, Statements of Work, and estimation.
  • Drive effective and responsible use of AI to improve solution quality, delivery efficiency, and business value.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Lead workshops to clarify requirements, evaluate options, and achieve design decisions.
  • Define target-state architecture and transition states where phased delivery is required.

  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture principles, business roadmaps, and platform strategy.
  • Collaboratively compile Statements of Work to support sales and deal review processes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
