Responsibilities
- Provide remote-based SAP 4th level support for our global customers in various industries.
- Resolve complicated SAP Finance related issues requiring expert level business process, SAP configuration, and functional skills.
- Develop strong support-based relationships with our clients, with excellent customer focus and communication, and friendly interaction.
- Continuously drive customer satisfaction by tracking issues from start to closure.
- Ability to troubleshoot customer issues remotely with extensive SAP experience and good analytic skills.
Requirements (must haves)
- 18+ years of expert level SAP FICO, CFIN, and S/4HANA Finance experience
- Good understanding of E-invoicing and E-reporting requirements across multiple countries
- Experience with SAP DRC (SAP Document and Reporting Compliance)
- Interpretation of country specific legal requirements and their translation to SAP solutions
- Senior consultancy experience in configuration and support
- Ability to work remotely within a close regional and global team environment.
- A proactive approach to learning and adapting new skills as required
