SAP Graduate Technology Consultant Programme 2027

Kick-start your career working on large-scale SAP systems that power essential UK public services.
Our structured graduate programme combines training, real project work, and ongoing support. You’ll become part of a high-performing team delivering solutions for one of the UK’s largest public sector organisations, giving you the chance to work on large, meaningful SAP projects that truly matter. Along the way, you’ll learn from experienced professionals, build in-demand technical skills, and gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies. If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including: Identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service).
This role is based in Hove, and you’ll typically be in the office up to 3 days a week, so you’ll need to be within commuting distance of your chosen location. Your Role
We offer three tracks to build your SAP career. Choose a track that matches your interests and strengths.
Consulting
- Work with real clients to improve how their systems and processes run
- Support SAP solutions that solve business challenges
- Help users and contribute to system enhancements
- Build in-demand consulting and SAP skills
Technical
- Develop and enhance SAP applications and integrations
- Improve system performance and user experience
- Work with developers to design, build, and test solutions
- Apply problem-solving skills to solve technical issues and make systems better
Testing
- Help ensure systems work reliably and meet user and business needs
- Design, prepare and run tests across key delivery stages
- Identify, investigate and clearly communicate issues
- Record and track defects using tools such as Jira
- Work collaboratively to help deliver reliable, high-quality systems that people depend on

What you will bring
- Technical: Degree in Computer Science, STEM, or a tech-related subject
- Consulting/Testing: Any degree plus an interest in technology
- A curious mindset and willingness to learn
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Great communication and teamwork skills

To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
