GSI Alliances Manager

We are looking for a GSI Alliances Manager to build and lead Avantra’s regional alliance strategy with Global System Integrators (GSIs) across India. This is a high-visibility, senior individual contributor role: you will build a partner program from the ground up, developing executive, sales, technical, and delivery relationships that turn strategic partnerships into predictable, partner-generated pipeline and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and own executive and field relationships across assigned Tier 2 and 3 GSIs, engaging partner stakeholders across sales, SAP, AMS, and delivery organisations.
  • Design and deliver partner enablement programmes, including workshops, technical training, and certification, to grow a network of partner sellers, architects, and consultants who recommend Avantra.
  • Develop and execute joint account plans and go-to-market strategies with strategic partners to build a qualified, partner-generated pipeline.
  • Influence and support the closure of partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
  • Plan and run regional go-to-market initiatives, such as Innovation Days, executive briefings, partner events, and customer workshops, to expand Avantra’s presence and brand awareness.
  • Create a repeatable alliance engagement model that can be replicated across other regions, including AMS, EMEA, and APJ.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
