SAP HCM Payroll Professional for Irish Payroll Localisation
We’re looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll professional to join a key localisation and product management programme focused on Irish Payroll.
This is an excellent opportunity for a SAP Payroll specialist who wants to work at the intersection of SAP, product management, legislation and customer engagement.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Defining and documenting Irish Payroll business & statutory requirements
- Providing functional guidance to development/engineering teams
- Creating and validating Irish Payroll scenarios
- Supporting the design and review of payroll functionality
- Ensuring solutions remain aligned with Irish legislation
- Leading and coordinating functional & integration testing
- Supporting payroll developments and legal changes
- Engaging directly with Irish customers and key customer groups
- Working collaboratively with international, virtual teams

What we’re Looking for:

- 6+ years’ experience in Irish Payroll
- Strong SAP HCM Payroll / SAP Payroll experience
- Strong understanding of Irish payroll legislation & statutory compliance
- Experience working closely with software engineers/development teams
- Strong customer-facing experience
- Experience working within international teams
