SAP HCM Payroll Lead required to join a major payroll transformation programme. This is a long-term engagement offering competitive rates and hybrid working based in Huntingdon.

You will lead the Payroll workstream during the Discovery phase, assessing business requirements, migration tooling, scope, costs and delivery planning, while helping shape the approach for the next phase.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Payroll workstream through the Discovery phase.
  • Assess business requirements and their impact on payroll scope.
  • Work with the Data Lead to assess payroll migration tooling and provide recommendations.
  • Support ROM updates, scope, planning, costs and resource requirements.
  • Support development of the next-phase Statement of Work.
  • Manage workstream plans, risks, issues and dependencies.
  • Provide regular status updates and work closely with programme stakeholders.

  • Strong SAP HCM Payroll functional consulting, lead or architecture experience.
  • Expert knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll configuration.
  • Experience with S/4HANA and/or ECC.
  • Experience delivering or supporting payroll transformation/migration programmes.
  • Strong Discovery, requirements analysis and stakeholder management experience.
  • Ability to manage risks, issues and workstream planning.
