SAP HR Project Manager (Payroll)

Immediate Start
Contract until March 2027
Inside IR35
Paddington - 2/3 days per week

We are currently looking for experienced HR Project Managers with strong HR domain expertise and experience delivering payroll and HR systems projects, specifically involving Kronos UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP HCM.

The position will be Paddington (London) based, 2-3 days per week in the office.

  • Act as the central point of accountability for the projects assigned and be responsible for managing any suppliers engaged to deliver elements of the project’s scope to ensure alignment across multiple suppliers.
  • Ensure that business outcomes are achieved as a result of delivering the project scope.
  • Project delivered to agreed scope, schedule, cost, and quality, enabling programme level objectives to be met.
  • Ability to effectively manage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams are aligned and informed, ensuring smooth progress and timely decisions.
  • Risks, issues, and dependencies are actively managed to prevent delays or cost impacts.
  • Governance requirements are met consistently, with all necessary documentation, reporting and approvals delivered to a high standard.
