Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP UK Payroll, including payroll configuration, processing, statutory compliance, support, and Workday integration/migration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead SAP HCM design, configuration and implementation with focus on UK Payroll
  • Manage end-to-end UK Payroll cycles and troubleshoot payroll issues
  • Handle support tickets, enhancements and production issues
  • Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design and testing
  • Work with HR, business and technical stakeholders
  • Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers
  • Support integration with FI, SuccessFactors and Time Management
  • Provide documentation, training and knowledge transfer
