SAP HCM & UK Payroll Consultant – UK
We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM & UK Payroll Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM, SAP UK Payroll, UK Payroll processing, payroll configuration, statutory compliance, and Workday integration.

Must-Have Skills
- Strong SAP HCM experience
- Strong SAP UK Payroll experience
- Hands-on UK Payroll processing and configuration
- Experience with Workday Integration
- Strong knowledge of UK Payroll statutory requirements
- Experience with SAP HCM Payroll schemas and PCRs
- Experience with payroll configuration and end-to-end payroll cycles
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP HCM, with a primary focus on SAP UK Payroll.
- Manage end-to-end UK Payroll cycles, including schema, PCR configuration, RT and payroll configuration.
- Ensure SAP UK Payroll solutions comply with UK statutory requirements including HMRC, RTI, FPS, EPS, Tax, NI, Pensions, Court Orders and Year-End activities.
- Participate in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design and testing, including Unit Testing, SIT and UAT.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR teams and technical teams to deliver high-quality SAP HCM and UK Payroll solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and work closely with ABAP developers.
- Provide documentation, training and knowledge transfer to business users.
- Support integration with FI, SuccessFactors, Time Management and Workday where applicable.
- Contribute to SAP HCM to Workday migration/integration activities.

The ideal SAP HCM Consultant will have strong hands-on expertise in SAP UK Payroll, including end-to-end payroll processing, configuration and UK statutory compliance.
