Job Title: SAP HCM & UK Payroll Consultant
About the Role:
We are hiring an experienced SAP HCM & UK Payroll Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP HCM, SAP UK Payroll, UK Payroll configuration, and Workday integration.
The ideal SAP HCM Consultant will have strong experience in end-to-end UK Payroll processing, SAP UK Payroll configuration, payroll support, statutory compliance, and integration or migration to Workday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP HCM with a primary focus on SAP UK Payroll.
- Manage end-to-end UK Payroll cycles, including payroll schema, PCR configuration, RT, payroll configuration, and payroll processing.
- Ensure SAP UK Payroll solutions comply with UK statutory requirements including HMRC, RTI, FPS, EPS, Tax, National Insurance, Pensions, Court Orders, and Year-End activities.
- Handle SAP HCM and UK Payroll support tickets, production issues, issue resolution, and enhancements.
- Participate in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT.
- Support integration and migration between SAP HCM, SAP UK Payroll, and Workday.
- Work closely with HR, payroll, business stakeholders, technical teams, and ABAP developers.
- Prepare functional specifications for custom SAP HCM and SAP UK Payroll developments.
- Support integration with FI, SuccessFactors, Time Management, and other SAP modules where applicable.
- Provide documentation, training, knowledge transfer, and ongoing SAP HCM and UK Payroll support.

Required Experience:
- Strong hands-on SAP HCM experience.
- Strong hands-on SAP UK Payroll experience.
- Strong knowledge of UK Payroll processing and configuration.
- Experience with SAP Payroll Schema and PCR configuration.
- Experience with HMRC, RTI, FPS, EPS, Tax, NI, Pensions, Court Orders, and Year-End activities.
- Experience with Workday integration or Workday migration.
- Experience in SAP HCM implementation, configuration, support, testing, and enhancements.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
