SAP SuccessFactors Consultant / Lead Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant / Lead Consultant to drive enterprise HR transformation initiatives, covering solution design, implementation, configuration, integration, and support of SuccessFactors modules.

The ideal candidate will have strong consulting experience across SuccessFactors Employee Central and related HR modules, with the ability to work with global HR, IT, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage SuccessFactors implementation and configuration activities based on business and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with global HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Design and maintain SuccessFactors process maps, business requirement documents (BRDs), and solution blueprints.
  • Support integration between SuccessFactors, payroll, and external systems.
  • Manage employee data migration activities including mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Execute testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT.
  • Support go-live activities, issue resolution, and post-production support.
  • Ensure configurations and processes comply with GDPR, global policies, and governance standards.
  • Provide ongoing enhancements, documentation, and functional support.
  • Lead and mentor teams within a global delivery model.

Required Experience:

  • Strong Human Resources process experience.
  • Consulting experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
  • Experience across multiple SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Time Management, Performance, Learning, Compensation, Onboarding, and Recruiting.
  • Experience delivering end-to-end SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SuccessFactors certifications in relevant modules (EC, EC Time Management, ONB, RCM, LMS, PMGM, Compensation).
  • Experience leading or managing 3+ full lifecycle SuccessFactors implementations.
  • Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors solution architecture.

Personal Attributes:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High customer focus and quality awareness.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage complex HR transformation initiatives.
