SAP Integration Lead

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Integration Lead to join a large SAP SuccessFactors implementation programme. The successful candidate will define the integration strategy, architecture standards, API framework, and technical governance across SAP and third-party applications.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical integration design workshops.
- Define overall integration strategy, architecture and governance framework and prepare implementation roadmap.
- Lead integration design workshops and prepare interface specifications, mapping documents, technical design and integration architecture.
- Design and implement integrations using SAP Cloud Integration (SAP Integration Suite/ CPI) Integration Centre, OData APIs, SOAP APIs, SuccessFactors Employee APIs, SFTP, middleware platforms and event-based integration patterns.
- Design integrations between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, Payroll, Azure AD, Concur, and third-party applications.
- Define API standards, integration patterns, and security architecture.
- Review technical specifications and integration designs.
- Support Integration Testing, SIT, UAT, Cutover, and Hypercare.
- Manage integration related risks, dependencies, issues and Change requests and support production releases and continuous service improvement.
- Ensure scalability, security, monitoring, and performance of integrations.
- Mentor technical consultants and developers.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of SAP Integration experience.
- Strong expertise in:
- SAP SuccessFactors
- Employee Central Payroll
- SAP S/4HANA
- SAP Integration Center
- SAP API Management
- SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration / CPI)
- SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
- SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS)
- SAP Identity Provisioning Service (IPS)
- SAP PI/PO
- SOAP and REST APIs
- OData APIs
- IDocs
- RFC
- SFTP
- Middleware platforms (Dell Bhoomi, Informatica or MuleSoft)
- Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with SAP, Payroll and non-SAP applications.
- Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with third party Time management applications like UKG/ Kronos
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Integration Architecture.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.

Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors Integrations or HR implementation programmes is highly preferred.
- Experience integrating Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, SAP Concur, and Microsoft technologies.
