Job Description
Location: Hams Hall, Birmingham
Salary: £35,617 per annum
Working Pattern: Monday–Friday, rotating shifts
Shifts: 6:00am–2:30pm and 10:00am–6:30pm
Working Arrangement: Fully onsite
Join Arvato as an SAP Super User
Are you an experienced SAP user with a passion for systems, processes and continuous improvement? Arvato is looking for an SAP Super User to join our team at our Hams Hall warehouse.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our warehouse operation, helping colleagues get the most from SAP and ensuring our processes run smoothly and efficiently.
What you’ll be doing
- Act as a key point of contact for SAP within the warehouse environment.
- Provide day-to-day support and guidance to colleagues using SAP.
- Troubleshoot system and process issues, escalating more complex problems where required.
- Support the implementation and testing of SAP system changes and UAT testing.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, system usage and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with warehouse, operations and other business teams to resolve issues.
- Help train and coach colleagues on SAP processes and functionality.
- Monitor data accuracy and ensure transactions are completed correctly.
- Produce and analyse relevant system and operational reports.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience using SAP within a warehouse, logistics or supply chain environment.
- A strong understanding of warehouse processes and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- The confidence to support and train colleagues at different levels.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy.
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
