The Role
Lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP Aftermarket and After Sales solutions for a global automotive manufacturer in SAP SD. The role focuses on service parts management, warranty processes, dealer operations, returns management, order fulfilment, and end-to-end aftermarket business transformation, ensuring superior customer experience and operational efficiency.
Your responsibilities:
- Gather and analyse business requirements across automotive aftersales, service, and parts operations.
- Design and configure SAP Aftermarket solutions supporting service parts planning and distribution.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, dealers, suppliers, and logistics teams to improve aftermarket operations.
- Integrate SAP Aftermarket processes with SAP SD, MM, EWM, TM, and Finance modules.
- Conduct fit-gap workshops and define future-state business processes.
- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and solution designs.
- Support SIT, UAT, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Provide production support and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive adoption of SAP S/4HANA Automotive and Industry Best Practices.

Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- 10+ years of SAP consulting experience with a focus on Automotive Aftermarket or Aftersales processes.
- Strong understanding of automotive service parts management and distribution.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Automotive solutions and aftermarket business processes.
- Experience integrating SAP Aftermarket solutions with SD, MM, EWM, and Finance.
- Ability to lead business workshops and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Strong functional design and testing experience.
- Experience supporting global rollouts and transformation programmes.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Experience working within automotive manufacturing environments.

- SAP Vehicle Management System (VMS) experience.
- SAP Service Management (CS/SM) experience.
- SAP Dealer Business Management (DBM) knowledge.
- SAP S/4HANA Automotive industry solution experience.
- SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery experience.

Skills
