Job Responsibilities

  • Own master data end to end

    • Create, maintain, and quality-assure master data across products/articles, customers, vendors, pricing, seasonal/assortment data, and compliance.
    • Ensure data flows correctly from source systems through to our ERP and on to warehouse, e-commerce, and other applications, so the business can order, ship, sell, and report without interruption.
  • Products, pricing & seasons

    • Maintain the product/article master and support the seasonal product lifecycle, pricing, and range readiness — understanding the commercial context behind each step.
    • Ensure product weights, volumes, and dimensions are accurate for warehousing and shipping.
  • Customers & vendors

    • Set up and maintain customer and vendor records accurately, applying proper controls and segregation of duties to protect the business.
  • Compliance data

    • Own customs / commodity code data, product composition, packaging, and producer-responsibility reporting, recognising the direct impact on cost, compliance, and the ability to trade in Europe.
    • Take particular care with data that has downstream consequences if wrong — commodity codes, weights & volumes, and pricing — given the effect on compliance, warehouse processing, and margins.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • Governance, quality & support
    • Uphold master data standards, governance, and authorization controls, and drive continuous improvement in data quality.
    • Act as the go-to point of contact for master data queries, translating business needs into practical system solutions.
    • Help establish this capability in-house from the ground up and enable business teams to manage their recurring data over time, while retaining overall ownership and governance.

Experience

  • End-to-end retail process
    • Strong understanding of how a retail/fashion business works end to end — from product creation and range selection through pricing, seasonal planning, ordering, warehousing, and e-commerce — and the business context behind master data, not just the system steps.
