Driven by our continued growth and a number of high-profile client wins, Tenthpin is looking for exceptional SAP Material Management (MM) Consultants across multiple levels to join our team.
We are looking for bright, ambitious and client-focused consultants who are passionate about designing innovative, market-leading SAP S/4HANA solutions and want to work alongside high-calibre SAP and Life Sciences experts, contributing to one of the true success stories of recent years within the Management Consulting industry.
The Opportunity
As an SAP MM Consultant, you will have the opportunity to design, build and implement SAP S/4HANA solutions for some of the world's leading Life Sciences organisations, working directly with clients as their trusted advisor.
The role will include, but is not limited to:
- Designing, building, and implementing innovative SAP S/4HANA Material Management solutions, from process analysis and solution design through to deployment.
- Understanding our clients' businesses and designing or redesigning Material Management processes that deliver real value.
- Taking ownership and leading workstreams and project activities, working with clients and colleagues to deliver successful outcomes.
- The opportunity to work with our R&D teams and leading Life Sciences organisations on co-innovation, contributing to the development of new, industry-leading solutions and capabilities.
- Working within a truly global team of SAP and Life Sciences specialists, with strong knowledge transfer and an active role in our Source-to-Pay Community, alongside passionate, like-minded consultants.
- Working in an entrepreneurial environment with less hierarchy, politics and traditional consulting red tape, giving you more time to focus on top-tier clients, creating great solutions and developing your career.

Your Experience
First and foremost, you are a genuine Management Consultant with strong communication skills, the ability to see the bigger picture and a collaborative, client-facing approach to delivering solutions.
You will also have:
- At least 2 full lifecycles of SAP S/4HANA implementation experience as an SAP MM Consultant, with experience across S/4HANA Private Cloud.
- Strong SAP MM functional configuration and solution design experience, including integration with other SAP modules such as FI, PP, SD and EWM.
- A proven track record within a Big Four consultancy, major Systems Integrator (SI), or specialist SAP consultancy, and/or experience within Life Sciences or process manufacturing, would be advantageous.
- Experience with AI for Business within Procurement would be advantageous but is not a necessity.
