SAP MM Architect

Leeds / Hybrid

As part of a greenfield implementation/rollout/enhancement and steady state on SAP with RISE, new applications are being provisioned and configured to support new SAP standard retail functionality. The technical setup and configuration of these newly provisioned systems need to be completed in order to enable the functional build to be deployed to support SIT, UAT, Performance testing prior/post to go-live.

An SAP MM (Materials Management) Architect designs, builds, and leads complex procurement and inventory systems. Key duties include:

  • Managing Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes,
  • Connecting SAP S/4HANA with other tools, and
  • Guiding technical teams.

Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

  • Solution Design: Build scalable SAP MM and P2P structures on S/4HANA.
  • System Integration: Link MM with SD, PP, FI/CO, and external apps like Ariba.
  • Process Leadership: Lead fit-gap analysis, blueprint creation, and testing phases.
  • Technical Guidance: Direct ABAP changes, Fiori apps, and data migration steps.

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:

  • Experience: 7 to 10+ years working with SAP, with 5+ years specialized in MM.
  • Platform Knowledge: Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA inventory, MRP, and valuation.
  • Communication: Ability to turn business needs into clear technical steps.
