The role overview:

This is a newly created role and career defining opportunity for an SAP Partner Lead. You'll be stepping into a partner function that's already proving itself, with early wins on the board and real momentum behind it. Under your lead, you'll take it from promising to unstoppable, shaping the strategy, building the team and turning early success into a genuine growth engine.

Building out partner channels, you will help drive the next stage of growth in a role where you can shape every part of the journey.

Our customer base currently includes globally recognised brands and a 98% customer retention rate. We're in a strong position to accelerate our partner-led growth strategy under your lead.

You'll build and develop relationships across the SAP ecosystem, working closely with Systems Integrators, consulting partners and resellers to create new opportunities and drive revenue growth.

This is a hands-on role where you'll own the partner journey from engagement and enablement through to pipeline creation, joint bid activity and commercial success. You'll work closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, Product and Delivery, while leading a small team and helping shape the future of our partner channel.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in SAP sales, partner management, business development or alliances
  • Experience working within or alongside an SAP Systems Integrator environment
  • Experience developing and executing indirect sales and partner growth strategies
  • Experience creating partner led pipeline and driving revenue growth
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across customer and partner organisations
  • Strong commercial awareness and opportunity management skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
