SAP Payroll Consultant — Contract (UK)
Hybrid · 6 months
Our client is bringing its SAP payroll into line with HMRC's payrolling of benefits in kind. This is a compliance change on an established on-premise SAP HCM payroll — assess and design first, then support build and test through to a production-ready solution.
What you'll do
- Assess the current SAP Payroll processes, interfaces and benefits administration
- Run a detailed gap analysis against HMRC payrolling of benefits requirements
- Define the target SAP Payroll solution and the business processes around it
- Support development, configuration and testing
- Keep the solution compliant with HMRC RTI reporting
- Deliver to HMRC's statutory deadlines
- Hand over to the internal payroll and application support teams

- Extensive SAP HCM Payroll experience (10+ years preferred)
- Strong SAP UK Payroll functional expertise
- SAP payroll schemas and rules
- Payroll-related developments, customisations, integrations and interfaces
- UK payroll legislation, RTI and taxation of benefits in kind
- Payroll compliance and audit exposure
