Responsibilities:

  • Customization of payroll schemas (PE01), calculation rules (PE02), and wage type catalogs.
  • Support country-specific legal compliance, gross-to-net calculations, and payroll integration.
  • Implementation and maintenance of Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
  • Support Point-to-Point (P2P) replication.
  • Support Payroll Control Center (PCC).
  • Support post-payroll processes including FI/CO posting runs (RPCIPE00), bank transfers (DMEE), and third-party remittance.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in country-specific legal compliance.
  • Experience with gross-to-net calculations.
  • Experience with payroll integration.
  • Proven track record in configuring complex wage types, schemas, and retro-calculation logic.
  • Deep knowledge of country-specific statutory requirements including taxation, social security, pension schemes, and garnishments.
  • Experience across SAP HCM and cloud architectures.
