These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.
As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

What your days will look like:
- Lead programme planning and PMO activities across complex SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes, supporting successful delivery through effective governance and controls.
- Develop and maintain integrated programme plans, coordinating dependencies, milestones, resource plans and critical paths across multiple workstreams.
- Produce executive reporting, dashboards, RAID management and governance materials that enable informed decision-making.
- Work closely with Programme Managers, functional teams and Business Change leads to monitor progress, manage risks and maintain delivery momentum.
- Leverage AI-enabled planning, reporting and analytics capabilities to improve forecasting, programme insight and delivery performance.
- Support programme mobilisation, delivery assurance and continuous improvement initiatives across the SAP practice.
- Coach junior PMO team members whilst developing your own leadership capability and contributing to the growth of PwC's Delivery Excellence practice.
This role is for you if:
- You have experience supporting large SAP transformation programmes through programme planning, PMO or delivery management.
- You have strong expertise in integrated planning, programme governance, reporting, RAID management and delivery controls.
- You understand modern programme delivery methodologies and are interested in how AI can improve planning, forecasting and programme management.
- You build trusted relationships with Programme Managers, workstream leads and client stakeholders.
- You enjoy leading workstreams, mentoring junior colleagues and continuously improving delivery practices.
- You have experience supporting programme mobilisation, governance and executive reporting.
- You're organised, collaborative and motivated by helping clients successfully deliver complex transformation programmes.
