SAP Plant Maintenance/EAM Data Analyst - 18-Month+ Contract Role (Outside IR35) - Exeter, UK + Remote Work - End Client

Start Date: September 2026 (client will wait for 1-month notice periods)

Our end-client is looking for an SAP Plant Maintenance Data Analyst to support a major SAP S/4HANA transformation programme in Exeter, UK.

About the Role

The role will focus on gathering, preparing and validating Asset Management / Plant Maintenance data ahead of migration into S/4HANA. You will work closely with business and site stakeholders to understand where data is held, gather the required information and ensure it is complete and in the correct format for migration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and consolidate SAP Plant Maintenance / Asset Management master data from existing systems and business teams.
  • Work with relevant SAP master data objects and understand the information required for migration.
  • Work with site representatives and SMEs to obtain, extract, manipulate and verify data.
  • Complete and maintain Excel-based data load templates ready for migration into S/4HANA (previous S/4HANA experience is not a must).
  • Support mock data loads and migration cycles.
  • Perform data validation and quality checks following each load, identifying gaps, errors and inconsistencies.
  • Work with stakeholders to resolve missing or incorrect information.
  • Track progress against agreed data migration deadlines and escalate issues where required.
  • Support wider migration, testing and implementation activities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
