- 15+ years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance/Enterprise Asset Management S/4HANA implementation and Support programs.
- Must have experience Integration with MM / SD / FICO modules and with external applications/ third party tools.
- Must have worked on at least 2 E-E implementation projects.
- Knowledge and/or Experience of Intelligent Asset Management solutions like FSM, etc.
- Experience of multiple end-to-end lifecycle implementation activities including:
- Requirement gathering
- Business process design
- SAP configuration
- RICEFW Functional design
- Systems and Integration Testing
- Resolving production issues
- Experience in PM integration with SAP PO/SAP CPI or another S/4HANA solutions and external (SAP / non-SAP) applications and management of IDOC processing.
- Expertise in SAP PM Master data and transactional activities.
- Act as a technical subject matter expert, provide product expertise, guidance, and instruction on SAP products.
- As an Architect, lead the engagement efforts at different stages from problem definition to diagnosis to solution design, development & deployment in large S/4 HANA transformation programs.
- Create detailed design and architecture, and process artifacts, implement the solution and the deployment plan.
- Knowledge on BADIs, BAPIs, User Exits, LSMW / LTMC in SAP PM is Preferred.
- Familiarized with the usage of agile methods, continuous integration & delivery.
- Experience with Configuration of master data and technical objects, compatible units management, maintenance plans, task lists, work centers, Work orders and notifications processing.
- Experience and exposure to Industry best practices and SAP product best practices.
- Aid team members in the development and implementation of technical solutions.
- The candidate should possess strong domain knowledge.
- Connect with senior client business and IT stakeholders, demonstrating thought leadership in domain, process, and technology.
- SAP certification in SAP PM/EAM is preferred.
