Role: SAP Products Systems Consultant

Location: Reading, London

Work type: Remote (Occasional travel to client site in Reading)

Duration: 6 Months

Job Summary:

We are seeking a new talent to join the Business & Technology Integration team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project. The Global Combat Air Programme (GCAP) is a multinational initiative led by the United Kingdom, Japan, and Italy to jointly develop a sixth-generation stealth fighter. The newly formed Joint Venture Entity (BAE Systems UK, Leonardo Italy, and Mitsubishi Japan) needs an initial set of business capabilities and enabling processes to begin operations, positioning itself to grow in both scope and scale as programme needs evolve.

This is a SAP S/4HANA Greenfield Programme to Design, Build, Test and Deploy E2E processes across Finance, Project Systems and Accounting, Indirect Procurement, Sales & Distribution, and HR - Timesheet capability.


Responsibilities:

As a SAP Project System Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting incremental Design, Build, Test and deploy of Project Systems and Integration with Procurement, SD, Finance, and Scheduling tools
  • Hands-on with Process, SAP Configuration, Test Scripts, and Execution
  • Lead Project Systems client workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on new processes
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of documentation
  • Manage internal team and interface for external team
