SAP Programme Delivery Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for a SAP Programme Delivery Manager to join our IT team here at Harrods. The role will be accountable for the planning, adherence to established governance models and delivery of SAP-related change initiatives across S/4HANA, EWM, CAR, BW/4HANA and associated integrations.
About the Role
This role is pivotal in shaping and managing the SAP change portfolio across multiple business and technology domains, providing leadership across continuous improvement initiatives, business demand, ERP-enabled CapEx projects, upgrade readiness activities and future platform upgrades. You will lead SAP project delivery from initiation through to implementation and benefits realisation, ensuring all change is aligned to strategic priorities, business value and organisational capacity. Working across multiple workstreams and suppliers, you will manage key dependencies to deliver efficient, predictable and high-quality outcomes.
A key focus of the role will be leading the SAP Technical Debt Remediation Programme and preparing the organisation for its planned ERP upgrade in H1 2028. You will oversee demand management, backlog prioritisation and continuous improvement activities, ensuring investment decisions and change requests are assessed against strategic objectives, technical constraints and delivery capacity. In addition, you will provide robust governance, reporting and stakeholder management, supporting steering groups and investment forums while maintaining clear visibility of scope, costs, risks, schedules and benefits.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About You
