SAP Programme Manager/Governance Lead - 6months + ext. - Hybrid
On behalf of one of our key partners RED now has a new opportunity for a SAP Programme Manager/Governance Lead to join them on a brand new project. The initial contract will be for 6 months and is to start ASAP. This role will be on a hybrid basis.
SAP Programme Manager/Governance Lead – Key Requirements:
- Lead complex, end-to-end business and enterprise transformation programmes across multiple functions.
- Manage programme budgets, forecasting, cost control and financial planning, including CAPEX/OPEX.
- Oversee multiple projects, workstreams and Project Managers, ensuring successful delivery against programme objectives.
- Own programme governance, RAID management, compliance and reporting.
- Manage resources and workforce planning, ensuring appropriate capacity across the programme.
- Lead senior stakeholder and Steering Committee engagement, providing clear programme and financial reporting.
- Oversee vendors, suppliers, procurement and third-party delivery partners.
- Ensure adherence to data protection, information security, audit and organisational compliance standards.
- Drive transformation across areas such as Finance, HR, Sales, Supply Chain/Logistics, Data & Analytics and Enterprise Technology.
- Coach and develop Project Managers while promoting strong delivery standards and programme governance.
