Job Summary

The SAP Project Systems Business Consultant will be responsible for S/4HANA Project Systems (PS) Rollout activities, including requirement gathering, Business Requirement Document (BRD) creation, testing, data migration coordination, and post-go-live support. The candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP Project Systems implementations and rollouts. This role requires a deep understanding of the SAP Project System (PS) module and its integration with other business processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure SAP solutions meet business requirements and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Rollout

  • Lead the Rollout of SAP S/4HANA Project Systems (PS).
  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
  • Customize SAP applications to meet specific business needs.
  • Lead Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and the SAP Template Team to design and implement best practices.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with SAP Capability Leads to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project status updates.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to align SAP initiatives with business goals.

User Support & Training

  • Provide training and support to end-users on SAP functionalities and best practices.
  • Act as a primary point of contact between Business Users and the SAP Template Team.

Data Migration

  • Coordinate with the Data Migration Team to define migration strategies.
  • Support the development and execution of data migration programs and activities.

Hypercare Support

  • Provide dedicated Hypercare support during the post-rollout phase to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.
  • Monitor system performance and user feedback after go-live, addressing issues and concerns promptly.
  • Facilitate daily stand-up meetings during Hypercare to review issues, resolutions, and user experiences.
