Experienced SAP Recruitment Consultant
We’re looking for an experienced SAP recruiter to join our growing team.
This opportunity is suited to a proven recruitment consultant who understands the SAP ecosystem, can build credible relationships with specialist professionals and wants the autonomy to develop a successful desk and help shape the company.
The Role
You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across the SAP market, working with clients and candidates.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing new and existing client relationships
- Building a strong network of SAP professionals
- Managing permanent, contract or executive-level vacancies
- Sourcing specialist candidates through headhunting, referrals and market mapping
- Growing a profitable and sustainable recruitment desk
- Representing the business professionally across the SAP community

What We’re Looking For
You will have:
- Previous experience recruiting within SAP
- A proven record of generating revenue and making successful placements
- An established understanding of the SAP talent market
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills
- The confidence to engage senior candidates and decision-makers
- A consistent, organised and commercially focused approach
- The ambition to grow your earnings and become a recognised specialist in your market
