Our London team is continuing to grow, and we're looking for ambitious SAP Recruitment Consultants with 12–18 months of recruitment experience who are ready to take greater ownership, develop their commercial skills and build a successful long-term career within specialist technology recruitment.
The Opportunity
As an SAP Recruitment Consultant, you'll take greater ownership of your market, candidates and clients while continuing to develop your recruitment and business development skills.
- Work across the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and engaging SAP professionals through to managing client relationships, negotiating offers and successfully closing placements.
- Develop your own network, identify new business opportunities and build a strong understanding of the SAP market, with the support of experienced leaders and a structured development programme.
This is an opportunity for someone who has already proven they can succeed in recruitment and is ready to move beyond the junior stage of their career.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SAP candidates and clients
- Source and engage SAP professionals through headhunting, networking, referrals and online platforms
- Develop a strong understanding of your chosen SAP market and specialism
- Conduct candidate interviews and understand their experience, motivations and career goals
- Manage candidates through the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement
- Build and develop existing client relationships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Generate leads and develop your own client portfolio
- Build a strong professional network within the SAP market
- Develop your market knowledge and become a specialist within your chosen SAP area
- Negotiate offers and confidently manage the closing process
- Take ownership of your recruitment pipeline and personal targets
- Work towards individual and team KPIs
- Learn from experienced consultants and continuously develop your commercial and recruitment skills

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with 12–18 months of recruitment experience who is ready to take more ownership and accelerate their career within specialist SAP recruitment.
You should be:
- Experienced within recruitment, ideally with exposure to SAP, IT or technology markets
- Ambitious and motivated by achieving results
- Commercially minded with a genuine interest in sales and business development
- Confident communicating with candidates, clients and senior stakeholders
- Resilient and comfortable handling rejection and setbacks
- Competitive and driven to exceed targets
- Coachable and committed to continuous development
- Comfortable working towards KPIs and performance targets
- A strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills
- Proactive and capable of taking ownership of your desk
- Hungry to develop your own client and candidate network
- Interested in building a long-term career within technology recruitment
- Able to work from our London office five days per week
Previous recruitment experience is essential, and we're particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate strong billing performance, commercial awareness and the ambition to progress quickly.
