SAP RISE Programme Manager | SAP ECC to S/4HANA Transformation | London | Contract
I'm currently supporting a leading organisation on the search for an experienced SAP RISE Programme Manager to lead a large-scale SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation programme.
This is a senior client-side leadership role, responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of a strategic SAP RISE migration, managing multiple delivery partners and ensuring successful programme outcomes across technology and business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead programme governance, planning, delivery, and executive reporting
- Manage SAP, System Integrators, testing, infrastructure, data migration, and change partners
- Drive stakeholder engagement across CIO, CFO, COO, and Board-level audiences
- Oversee programme risks, dependencies, budgets, and vendor performance
- Ensure successful testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities
- Support business readiness, change management, training, and adoption

Key Requirements:
- 15+ years of Programme Management experience within large ERP transformations
- Proven track record delivering at least 2 SAP RISE migrations from ECC to S/4HANA
- Strong client-side programme leadership experience
- Expertise managing complex multi-vendor environments
- Experience overseeing £10m+ transformation programmes
- Strong understanding of SAP Activate, SAP RISE delivery models, data migration, testing, and cutover planning
