SAP QM Process Lead (S/4HANA) | Global Life Sciences Transformation | Remote across Europe | Long Term Contract
Discover International is partnering on one of the largest SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes in the life sciences sector, and we are looking for one or two experienced SAP QM Process Leads to join the functional team. This is fully remote from anywhere in Europe, with genuine long term potential across a multi wave, multi year global rollout.
The programme
A global pharmaceutical and vaccines organisation is transforming its enterprise landscape onto SAP S/4HANA, moving off legacy ECC through a phased, multi wave rollout across multiple regions and sites, delivered alongside leading systems integrators. This is a fully validated, GxP regulated environment where quality processes are business critical and audit readiness is non negotiable.
The role
As an SAP QM Process Lead you will be a senior functional lead, owning the design, build and deployment of Quality Management processes across the global template and regional rollouts. You will translate complex regulated quality requirements into robust, compliant SAP QM solutions, working closely with the SI delivery team, business process owners and validation colleagues.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
