Job Description

Today, the corporate landscape is dynamic, and the world ahead is full of possibilities! None of the amazing things we do at Infosys would be possible without an equally amazing culture, the environment where ideas can flourish and where you are empowered to move forward as far as your ideas will take you.

At Infosys, we assure that your career will never stand still, we will inspire you to build what’s next and we will navigate further together. Our journey of learnability, values and trusted relationships with our clients continue to be the cornerstones of our organization and these values are upheld only because of our people.

Your Role

As a Functional Consultant – SAP S/4HANA Service Management (SM), you will lead the rollout of SAP SM processes, collaborate across functional teams, support business stakeholders, and ensure a smooth and stable go-live experience. You will be responsible for driving design, configuration, testing, and post-deployment support initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Rollout

  • Lead the rollout of SAP S/4HANA Service Management (SM).
  • Analyse business requirements and convert them into BRDs and configuration designs.
  • Configure SAP SM functionalities to align with business processes and template standards.
  • Drive Unit Testing and UAT cycles, ensuring thorough coverage and timely issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with the global template team to ensure best-practice design and process adherence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
