As a team

Finance Reinvention Partner (Finance RP) is Accenture's unified UKI Finance practice — around 300 people today, with ambitions to grow significantly — bringing together Consulting, Technology, AI and Operations to be the UKI's Trusted Reinvention Partner for Finance. We pair deep industry expertise with AI at the core and orchestrate our ecosystem partners as the winning formula to drive speed to value for CFOs.

We are building the Future of Finance around three imperatives: finance that is intelligent (real-time decisions, not month-end dashboards), autonomous (process and operations that run themselves — agents, not bots), and evolving (talent, org and commercial model rebuilt around the work). In practice that means delivering the flagship CFO outcomes our leadership is targeting — autonomous finance at scale, the real-time CFO, and cost-to-serve transformation.

You will join our SAP Finance transformation offering, central to one of the practice's headline priorities: capturing the SAP-led Finance transformation opportunity. We lead large-scale, business-led S/4HANA finance transformations, advising and architecting the work, the workforce and the technology, with AI at the core.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

As an Associate Manager, you will be

  • Delivering S/4HANA-enabled finance transformations from discovery and visioning through business-led design and implementation, owning your part of the work with limited oversight.
  • Translating business strategy and finance objectives into S/4HANA-enabled finance process designs across Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and related finance domains.
  • Leading fit-to-standard and design decisions in your area, accountable for the choices you make and balancing SAP standard practice with the client's value, control and operating-model needs.
  • Applying agentic thinking to finance process design — working out where AI and reasoning-layer tools change how a process should run, not just digitising the current one — and owning that design for the steps you cover.
  • Leading smaller workstreams and guiding junior colleagues, reviewing their work and helping them develop.
  • Applying structured analysis, business cases and value-led recommendations to complex, ambiguous finance transformation problems.
  • Facilitating workshops with senior finance stakeholders to define future-state finance processes, securing design decisions and aligning finance, tax, operations and technology.
  • Acting as a bridge between business and technology: working closely with SAP delivery teams while keeping ownership of the finance and business agenda for your workstream.
  • Building trusted client relationships and holding responsibility for finance requirements, outcomes and value expectations being met.
  • Contributing to business development — helping shape finance transformation propositions, supporting bids, and articulating CFO-relevant value cases.
  • Helping grow the practice through assets, points of view and capability-building across S/4HANA-enabled finance transformation.
  • Continuing to build new skills as the platform and the finance agenda change.

We Are Looking For The Following Skills And Experience

  • Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA finance transformations, in consulting or industry (including ECC-to-S/4 programmes on a clear S/4 path), with ownership of your own scope.
  • Strong functional expertise in one or more finance domains: Record to Report (GL, close, reporting); Order to Cash; Procure to Pay; Product Costing & COPA; Intercompany accounting.
  • Understanding of end-to-end finance processes and how finance integrates with supply chain, sales and procurement from a business perspective.
  • Hands-on across multiple S/4HANA phases: discovery and envisioning; fit-to-standard and design; business integration and testing; deployment and stabilisation.
  • Ability to lead business process re-engineering, using S/4HANA to simplify, standardise and improve finance outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of period-end close, finance controls and reporting in an S/4HANA environment.
  • Experience translating finance requirements into functional designs and working with SAP delivery and integration teams.
  • Credibility with finance leaders and senior stakeholders — able to challenge and influence design decisions and to hold your own in senior forums.
  • Some experience of guiding junior colleagues or leading a small workstream.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, structuring complex issues into practical, value-led recommendations.
  • AI-and-platform fluency. You work fluently across the finance-platform landscape — S/4HANA as the enterprise core, alongside native finance applications such as BlackLine and Coupa — and can reason about where AI and agentic tooling change how a finance process should run, not just digitise it.
  • Comfortable in ambiguous environments, adapting to different client contexts and operating models.
  • Willing to travel to client sites.

  • Understanding of intercompany, transfer pricing, tax and treasury, and how they interact with core finance.
  • Experience of both public and private cloud S/4HANA programmes.
