Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Implementation Lead

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Initial 6 months contract

Location: Hybrid 2-3 days per week in London office

Allocation: 100% full time

Project: SAP S/4HANA Implementation - Lithuania

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Implementation Lead to support the integration of our Lithuania business unit into an existing SAP environment, acting as the primary SAP subject matter expert.

This is a hands-on delivery role focused on business process assessment, solution design, configuration, data migration, testing, training, and go-live support rather than a large-scale transformation programme. The successful candidate will be expected to understand the current operating model, map existing business processes to our current SAP processes and standard SAP functionality, challenge non-standard requirements where appropriate, and maximize the use of out-of-the-box SAP capabilities.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, our implementation partner, and internal teams to ensure a smooth and timely deployment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
