SAP S/4HANA Quality Lead

London | Hybrid | Contract | 6-12 Months

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Quality Lead to join a major global transformation programme in London.

This is a senior leadership position requiring an individual who can operate confidently across complex SAP transformation environments, providing strategic direction across programme quality, delivery, testing, and functional execution.

The successful candidate will be comfortable engaging with senior business and technology stakeholders while translating strategic decisions into clear, actionable delivery plans.

The Role

As SAP S/4HANA Quality Lead, you will provide leadership across the quality and delivery lifecycle of a large-scale SAP transformation programme.

You will work closely with senior programme stakeholders, SAP leadership, business representatives, and delivery teams to ensure that programme scope, quality, testing, and execution remain aligned with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead quality and delivery activities across SAP programme design, build, integration, and functional testing.
  • Provide senior leadership and direction across complex SAP S/4HANA workstreams.
  • Own and drive discussions around scope, planning, timelines, dependencies, and delivery.
  • Engage confidently with senior business, technology, and programme stakeholders.
  • Translate strategic programme decisions into clear execution plans for delivery teams.
  • Establish and maintain appropriate quality, governance, and delivery standards.
  • Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and potential issues and drive appropriate resolution.
  • Work collaboratively with SAP leadership, systems integrators, and internal programme teams.
  • Provide functional leadership across large-scale SAP transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure quality considerations are embedded throughout the programme lifecycle rather than being addressed solely during testing.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
