SAP Sales Director | UK - Slough/Aberdeen
Let's be honest.
Most SAP Sales Director opportunities sound exactly the same.
A bigger number. A slightly different logo. A promise of growth that's already been written in five other job adverts this week.
This isn't one of those opportunities.
AG is at a genuinely exciting stage of its journey.
We're an award-winning SAP Gold Partner with ambitious growth plans across the UK and beyond. We've built a strong reputation in Enterprise Asset Management, S/4HANA transformation and SAP innovation, helping some of the world's most complex organisations tackle challenges that genuinely matter.
Now we're looking for a Sales Director who wants to play a leading role in what comes next.
This isn't a role where you'll simply inherit a target and be left to get on with it.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

- You'll help shape the commercial strategy,
- Influence the future direction of the business,
- Build key relationships across the SAP ecosystem,
- And lead the growth of a high-performing sales function.
We're looking for someone who knows the SAP market inside out.
- Someone who's built trusted relationships at C-suite level.
- Someone who's won complex transformation deals,
- Navigated enterprise sales cycles,
- And understands how to create long-term growth rather than chasing short-term wins.
You'll be selling solutions and services across SAP S/4HANA, Enterprise Asset Management, SAP BTP and broader transformation programmes, working closely with both customers and SAP to identify opportunities and deliver real value.
