SAP Sales Ledger Administrator

London | £35,000 | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

We're recruiting for a SAP Sales Ledger Administrator to join a busy commercial team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This position would suit someone with strong SAP experience and a background in sales ledger, accounts receivable, or payment administration who enjoys working with financial data, systems, and stakeholders to ensure payment processes run smoothly.

Working closely with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams, you'll play a key role in maintaining accurate customer accounts, allocating payments, resolving account queries, and helping to manage outstanding balances.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing customer sales ledger accounts and maintaining accurate account records
  • Allocating and reconciling incoming payments
  • Investigating and resolving payment, invoice, and account queries
  • Monitoring outstanding balances and supporting debt reduction activities
  • Processing refunds and payment transfers
  • Maintaining payment reports, trackers, and account records
  • Working closely with Finance and Sales teams to resolve account discrepancies
  • Supporting process improvements across payment, reconciliation, and reporting processes
  • Producing and maintaining process documentation and user guides

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Previous hands-on SAP experience
  • Accounts Receivable and/or Sales Ledger experience
  • Experience with payment allocation and account reconciliations
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
