SAP Scrum Master / SAP Delivery Lead
Contract / Inside IR35 / £500 - £650 P/D
Hybrid - London 2x per Week
We're looking for an experienced SAP Scrum Master who is passionate about delivery and thrives close to the detail. This isn't a role for someone who simply facilitates ceremonies. We're seeking an individual with the credibility, functional understanding, and SAP expertise to challenge, influence and drive outcomes across a complex SAP environment.
Working closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders and technical teams, you'll be responsible for ensuring delivery remains on track, removing blockers, managing dependencies and driving sprint execution. You'll need to be comfortable getting into the detail of requirements, understanding functional discussions, and translating complex delivery challenges into actionable solutions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
