Job Description

Roles And Responsibilities

In the role of a Principal Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Skills /Competencies

Essential

  • SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP SD (S/4HANA preferred)
  • Strong functional expertise in Order-to-Cash and Intercompany processes (SD/MM integration)
  • Deep understanding of intercompany sales, STO, cross-company billing, and logistics execution
  • Solid knowledge of pricing, billing, shipping, and delivery processes
  • Experience with SAP GTS / International Trade processes
  • Proven experience in end-to-end implementations and global rollouts
  • Strong understanding of integration with MM, FI, and logistics execution
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and rollout of SAP S/4HANA SD processes including order-to-cash, pricing, billing, delivery, and returns
  • Drive intercompany process design (SD/MM integration) including intercompany sales, stock transport orders (STO), cross-company billing, and logistics execution
  • Configure pricing procedures, output management, billing types, delivery processes, and copy controls
  • Design and optimize logistics execution including shipping, transportation relevance, and cross-company fulfillment flows
  • Collaborate with SAP GTS (Global Trade Services) teams to enable compliant international trade processes (exports, compliance checks, embargo/sanction controls)
  • Define and govern global template configurations, ensuring adherence to standards and naming conventions
  • Define WRICEF requirements and provide functional specifications for developments and enhancements

Preferred

  • Experience in Life science domain.
  • Previous experience for working in Pharmaceutical vertical
  • Multilingual proficiency but English is MUST
  • Experience in complex, multi-country intercompany landscapes
  • Exposure to advanced ATP, transportation management, or EWM integration
  • Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps and UX optimization
  • Experience in regulated or global trade-heavy industries

Additional Skills

  • Strong documentation skills: BBP, Functional Design Documents, SOPs, Training Material.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with structured defect and issue management.
  • Presales and consulting mindset:
    • Client advisory, value articulation, roadmap definition
    • Familiarity with delivery tools such as Solution Manager, JIRA/ALM, ChaRM.
    • Ability to operate effectively in matrixed, global delivery models.
