Role Description

This full-time SAP SD Lead Consultant role is based in Whitley / Leamington Spa in a hybrid working model, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves leading SAP SD solution design, configuration, and implementation, ensuring that sales and distribution processes are optimized to meet business requirements.   • Gathering and analyzing requirements
  • Mapping business processes to SAP SD functionalities
  • Providing expert consulting guidance to stakeholders
  • Coordinating with cross-functional SAP teams
  • Managing change requests
  • Supporting integration with related modules and EDI interfaces
  • Overseeing testing and documentation

Ongoing tasks include:

  • Resolving complex incidents
  • Mentoring junior consultants
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience

Qualifications

Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

  • 10+ years of SAP consulting experience with focus on Automotive Aftermarket or Aftersales processes.
  • Strong understanding of automotive service parts management and distribution.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Automotive solutions and aftermarket business processes.
  • Experience integrating SAP Aftermarket solutions with SD, MM, EWM, and Finance.
  • Ability to lead business workshops and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong functional design and testing experience.
  • Experience supporting global rollouts and transformation programmes.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Experience working within automotive manufacturing environments.
